In order to test the safety operation capability of Haijiang Group's circular economy industrial park and enhance the awareness of the park staff on safety precautions and emergency handling capability of emergencies, Haijiang Group organized a unique comprehensive emergency drill during the opening ceremony.
In the preparation of the drill, the personnel and vehicles and equipment of each participating unit entered the designated position according to the requirements of the drill. After checking that everything was ready, Chu Long, executive vice president of the general director group, introduced the outline of the drill and announced the official start of the emergency drill!?The content is divided into three: epidemic emergency prevention and control drills, simulated break-in and theft handling drills, as well as fire disposal drills.
01 Epidemic Emergency Prevention and Control Drill
The drill took the form of scenario simulation. It took the discovery of a visitor with an abnormal body temperature in the circular economy industrial park as the trigger point to immediately initiate emergency disposal and conducted a full range of practical exercises from the discovery of cases, epidemic reporting, transfer and isolation, environmental disinfection of the epidemic site, and other important aspects.
Through the drill, the staff's awareness of epidemic prevention and control and emergency epidemic prevention ability was enhanced, and a safety line of defense was built up for all the staff of the park to ensure the development of the park.
02 Break-in and theft handling drill
The scenario of this drill was that a person broke in over the wall on the south side of the Group's campus and carried out theft activities. The thief triggered the electronic alarm device and the staff of the operation and management department quickly activated the emergency plan for illegal entry.?Emergency Response Team #1 took video evidence and all personnel quickly evacuated to a safe area after discovering the theft taker's propensity to attack. Then, emergency team #2 went out with anti-riot weapons. The two teams worked together tacitly and successfully controlled the thieves and waited for the police to arrive.
This drill verified the practicality and operability of the emergency plan, enhanced the familiarity of the operation management department personnel with the plan procedures, and improved the degree of tacit cooperation among the positions.
03 Firefighting and fire handling drill in the park
With the fire alarm ringing in the park, the operation and management department quickly activated the No. 1 emergency response plan, taking out fire extinguishers from the nearest "micro fire station" to put out the fire quickly. The disposal was ineffective and the fire was getting bigger, so the general commander decisively activated the No.2 fire emergency disposal plan. The communication group, fire fighting group, evacuation group, rescue group, aftercare group, and other functional groups quickly got in place, and water tankers and fire tanks were mobilized. After struggling to put out the fire, the fire was successfully controlled to ensure the safety of the park personnel and materials.
The whole fire drill process was organized in an orderly manner, with the division of labor in place, and achieved the expected effect of the activity. This drill tested the fire emergency handling capability of the park, further enhanced the importance of fire safety and improved the deployment of fire safety work.
The three exercises ended successfully, and the outstanding performance of the participants won the applause of the leaders on the scene. The chief director Chu Long made a comprehensive summary of the exercise. He stressed that all departments should seriously summarize the experience of this exercise, find the existing problems and shortcomings, especially they should strengthen the emergency mechanism, further improve the accident emergency plan, strengthen the accident emergency drill, and effectively maintain the safety of the personnel and materials in the park.
Haijiang Group's circular economy industrial park was officially put into operation.
