On 13, 2025, the 2nd Standardization Development Conference of China Fire Protection Association was successfully held in Beijing. Organized by the China Fire Protection and co-organized by the Beijing Emergency Technology Innovation Alliance, this conference aims to promote the standardization construction of the fire protection industry, facilitate technology exchange and innovative cooperation.
Haijiang Science and Technology Group Co., Ltd., as one of the participating units of the group standard "Safety Requirements for On-Duty and Training of Industrial Brigades in Petrochemical Industrial Parks" (T/CFPA 039-2025), was invited to attend the conference and was awarded the "Group Compilation Unit Certificate".

The standard was approved and issued by the China Fire Protection Association on June 20, 2025, and officially implemented on October 1, 225. The content covers key links such as safety management, operation process and risk prevention and control in the on-duty and training of industrial fire brigades in petrochemical, which is of great significance for improving the fire emergency capacity and personnel safety level of the park.
As one of the participating units of the standard, Haijiang, relying on its long-term accumulation in emergency rescue and safety management, has systematically integrated into the key links of the standard compilation the technical achievements and management experience formed in the practical such as low-carbon upgrading of the petrochemical industry and emergency disposal of hazardous chemical accidents over the years, and participated in the whole process from the early research, technical draft to expert review, providing solid technical support and practical verification for regulating the safety of fire training in petrochemical parks, fully reflecting the group's professional depth and practical value in field of emergency rescue industry.
